Anvilline LLC
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
1. About these terms
Anvilline LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. We provide custom software development for businesses and merchants, including internal systems, web applications, mobile applications and system integrations.
These terms describe our general service arrangements. Browsing this website or sending an enquiry does not place an order or create a development contract. A project starts only after both parties accept a written project agreement. These terms apply to a project when incorporated into that agreement. If there is a conflict, the project agreement controls, subject to applicable law.
2. Project scope and quotations
Each project is quoted individually as a one-time project fee based on the agreed requirements. The written agreement sets out the deliverables, schedule, fees, payment arrangements and any third-party costs. No subscription or recurring service is created merely by contacting us. Additional features, platform changes or other work outside the agreed scope require a separately agreed change or quotation before that work begins.
3. Client cooperation and delivery
Clients must be authorised to act for their business and to provide the materials, data and access required for the work. Clients are responsible for supplying accurate requirements and timely feedback, and for having the necessary rights to materials they provide. Do not email passwords or sensitive production data; suitable access and transfer arrangements should be agreed separately.
We develop and test against the agreed requirements. Delivery, review and acceptance arrangements are specified in the project agreement. Changes in scope, delayed feedback or third-party dependencies may require an agreed revision to the schedule.
4. Included support, maintenance and modifications
The project fee includes a post-delivery support period. Its duration and scope, including maintenance, modifications and correction of problems, are agreed in writing before development starts. This does not include unlimited revisions or indefinite maintenance. Work outside the agreed scope or support period is subject to a separate quotation.
5. Cancellation and refunds
A client may request cancellation by emailing admin@anvilline.com. On cancellation, we account for work already completed and costs already incurred that cannot be cancelled, within the agreed project arrangements. Any unused portion of amounts paid is refunded after that accounting. The project agreement specifies the calculation and refund arrangements. This policy does not restrict any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
6. Ownership and source code
After full payment, the client receives the agreed custom deliverables and source code, with ownership of the custom work transferred as set out in the written project agreement. That agreement should identify the deliverables and document the rights being transferred.
Our pre-existing tools, reusable components and know-how remain ours. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective ownership and licence terms. The project agreement identifies any permissions needed to use retained components within the delivered software. Client-provided materials remain the client’s or their respective owners’ property.
7. Confidentiality and personal data
Project confidentiality, authorised access and any processing of personal data on a client’s behalf are addressed in the project agreement and, where needed, a separate data-processing agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website visits and business enquiries; it does not replace a project-specific data agreement.
8. Website use and project responsibilities
Do not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, seek unauthorised access or use it unlawfully. Website descriptions are general information, not a guarantee of a particular project outcome. Project-specific warranties, remedies, liability arrangements and dispute procedures must be set out in the written project agreement. Nothing on this page excludes obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this page and will identify the revision date above. Changes do not retroactively amend an existing project agreement without the required agreement of the parties. For questions, project discussions or cancellation requests, email admin@anvilline.com or call +1 (302) 357-4787.
