Anvilline LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Anvilline LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, is responsible for the personal information it handles through this website and its business enquiries. This policy covers anvilline.com and communications about our services. Personal data processed within a client’s software project is addressed separately in the relevant project and data-processing agreements.
2. Information we receive
When you email or call us, we receive the contact details you provide, such as your name, business name, email address and telephone number, together with your message, attachments and project requirements. If you become a client, we may also receive business billing details and project correspondence.
The website has no enquiry form, visitor account or online checkout. Clicking an email or telephone link opens your chosen application; information is sent to us when you send the message or make the call. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
3. Hosting, technical data and cookies
Our website is hosted on Netlify. Delivering and securing the site may involve processing technical request information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and request times. The live site also includes a Netlify-provided hosting badge and associated script.
We have not added advertising pixels or a separate visitor-analytics tool to our website code. This does not mean that the hosting infrastructure processes no technical data. Provider-controlled features may use their own technologies; see Netlify’s privacy statement for its practices. Browser settings let you control cookies. External websites and applications have their own privacy practices.
4. How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess your requirements, prepare quotations and communicate about potential work. For clients, we use relevant information to administer and deliver the agreed project, provide support and keep necessary business records. Technical information is used to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems and protect against misuse.
Where a legal basis is required, the relevant basis may be taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract with you, our legitimate interests in handling business communications and maintaining a secure website, or meeting legal obligations. Where consent is required, we will seek it separately.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Information is handled through providers supporting our website hosting, email and business communications. Netlify provides website hosting; our company email uses Google Workspace. These providers process information under the applicable service arrangements. We may disclose relevant information where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell enquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Information is not made public simply because you contact us.
6. How long we keep information
For enquiries that do not become client projects, we retain enquiry correspondence for 12 months after the last contact and then delete it, unless a legal obligation or an active dispute requires longer retention.
Client project, support and transaction records are kept for the applicable contractual, accounting and legal needs. Retention depends on the record’s purpose and relevant obligations. Hosting logs and provider backups may follow the provider’s own retention and deletion cycles rather than the 12-month enquiry period.
7. Security and international processing
We use HTTPS for this website. No internet transmission or storage method can guarantee complete security. We limit the information requested in an initial enquiry and ask clients to agree suitable handling arrangements before supplying sensitive project data.
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use the required safeguards.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. These rights may be subject to lawful exceptions and identity verification.
Email admin@anvilline.com with your request and enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
9. Children, changes and contact
This website and our services are directed to businesses, not children, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
We update this policy when our practices change and show the revision date above. For privacy questions, contact Anvilline LLC at admin@anvilline.com or +1 (302) 357-4787.
